iNaturalist/Survey Training Class

Please join us for our iNaturalist/Survey training class this Tuesday April 22, 2024 at Brookhaven College. This training class is being held for each of our cemetery leads and any potential "citizen scientist" interested in learning how to use iNaturalist. NTMN Joshua will teach us how to use iNaturalist to collect flora/pollinator survey data to then be uploaded onto the Qualtrics portal created by Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Agent Matt Orwat for our cemeteries. This will enable us at the end of the two year study to analyze the data collected lending support to the research component necessary to further evaluate our project.

Location: On Windmill Circle (West) Brookhaven College Campus entrance, 3939 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, 75244

Prior to Training class:

Download iNaturalist app to your phone prior to the training class which can be found at https://www.inaturalist.org/

Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty,

Bring water to stay hydrated.
